Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through the Soulene Application and its associated website are the exclusive property of S3 Cubes Innovations Pvt Ltd and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of India and applicable international conventions.
Our intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:
Written Content
All text, articles, guides, and wellness content within the Application.
Design & UI
Visual design, interface layouts, graphics, and illustrations.
Source Code
Application codebase, algorithms, and AI model configurations.
Audio & Media
Sound files, guided meditations, music, and multimedia content.
Trademarks
The Soulene name, logo, and all associated brand marks and identifiers.
AI Models
Proprietary AI configurations, training approaches, and recommendation systems.
Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms and our Terms & Conditions, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The following uses are permitted:
- Personal use of the Application and its features for wellness purposes.
- Sharing screenshots or excerpts of your own personal wellness data from the Application.
- Linking to the Soulene website or Application store listing for non-commercial reference.
Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from S3 Cubes Innovations Pvt Ltd:
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Application or its content for commercial purposes.
- Modifying, translating, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the Application or its content.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Application.
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the Application.
- Using the Soulene name, logo, or other trademarks to imply endorsement, association, or affiliation without express written permission.
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Application by automated means.
- Distributing, sublicensing, or publicly performing any content from the Application.
User-Generated Content
When you submit content to the Application (such as in-app responses, feedback, or community contributions), you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting content, you grant S3 Cubes Innovations Pvt Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring your contributions do not violate any copyright or other applicable law.
Third-Party Content
The Application may incorporate third-party intellectual property (such as open-source libraries, licensed fonts, or AI services) that is governed by separate licences. All third-party content is used in accordance with applicable licences and agreements. The Service Provider expressly acknowledges the intellectual property rights of all such third parties.
Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that content available through the Soulene Application infringes your copyright, please submit a formal notice using the form below or by emailing legal@s3cubes.com. A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location within the Application.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@s3cubes.com. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Delhi, India if outside India).
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, S3 Cubes Innovations Pvt Ltd maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We will assess such circumstances on a case-by-case basis and act reasonably in applying this policy.
