The Application is intended for a general audience aged 13 years and older, including individuals and organizations using the platform for mental wellness and self-assessment services.
This privacy policy applies to the Soulene app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by S3 Cubes Innovations Pvt Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Personal Information: Name, Age, Email Address, Phone Number, and Regional Location (such as country or state).
- Device and Usage Information: Device ID, FCM Token, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visits, and time spent on pages and in the Application.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide important service-related information, required notices, and updates about the Application. Marketing communications may be sent only where permitted by applicable laws.
The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Health Data Collection and Usage
The Application provides mental wellness and self-assessment features. As part of these services, we collect and process Health Data, which is considered sensitive personal data under Google Play policies.
What Health Data we collect:
- Responses to mental wellness assessments and questionnaires.
- Mood, stress, and emotional state indicators when self-reported by users.
- Self-reported mental or behavioral conditions shared within app workflows.
- Patterns derived from user inputs, such as emotional trends.
Why we collect this data: Health Data is collected strictly to provide personalized mental wellness insights, generate recommendations and self-improvement guidance, and improve the effectiveness and accuracy of our services.
How this data is used: Health Data is processed within the app to deliver insights, analyzed using AI systems to generate recommendations, and used in aggregated or anonymized form to improve service quality.
AI and third-party processing: We may use third-party AI services such as OpenAI to process anonymized or pseudonymized Health Data. We do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or phone number) with AI providers for this processing, and providers are contractually restricted from using this data for their own purposes.
Data sharing limits: Health Data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is only shared with trusted service providers for core functionality such as cloud storage, analytics, and AI processing under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
User control: Users can request deletion of Health Data, stop collection by uninstalling the app, and contact us for data-related concerns.
Security of Health Data: We apply industry-standard security controls, including encryption in transit and restricted access, to protect Health Data.

For clarity: Health Data may be processed by OpenAI for AI-powered recommendations and by Firebase/Google services for storage and analytics support, subject to the safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.
We engage third-party service providers, acting under our instructions, to perform services or business functions on our behalf, which may involve sharing your personal data. These service providers include, but are not limited to, the following types:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data, including Health Data, for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter, in accordance with legal and operational requirements.
If you would like your User Provided Data deleted, please contact support@soulene.org or visit https://www.soulene.org/data-deletion. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Application is intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older. The Service Provider does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 13 to create accounts or use the Application.
If it is discovered that a user under the age of 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete such information from its systems and remove the user's account from the Application in accordance with this policy.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at dev@s3cubes.com and we will promptly remove the information.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-03-11.
